Bright graduates required for two new roles at a top ten law firm. You will be based in their stunning City office within the large, busy and social Finance team.

1) Conflicts Assistant: Conducting conflict checks on clients and setting up, maintaining and monitoring the firm's information barriers (training will be provided)
Duties:
• Researching potential conflicts via searches on in-house & external databases
• Reviewing results of searches
• Communicating with staff regarding results/progress
• Checking on a regular basis that electronic security and new team member rules have not been breached
Skills:
• Excellent research and analytical skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

2) File Opening Assistant: To ensure the accurate recording of client related information and using this information to assist lawyers & secretaries by responding to their enquiries.

Excellent opportunity for a graduate recruiter to develop their career within a magic circle law firm. Our client, an international, city based firm, needs a bright and professional candidate to join their busy team ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year plus graduate recruitment experience within a legal or professional services environment. • Support of the firm's training contract selection process

We are looking to register new candidates for future temp assignments. Our clients, predominantly law firms and barristers Chambers, have been increasingly requesting temps on a short and long term basis and we are looking for new temps to join our books ready for future bookings. Experience in a legal or professional service environment is an advantage but not essential.
