Top Ten Law Firm requires a Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant to join the People Development Team responsible for providing career development opportunities for the global population of partners, counsel and senior associates.
This role offers a highly competitive salary of up to £27,000 plus excellent benefits including season ticket loan, private healthcare, pension, bonus, free gym and 25 days holiday among many others.
Duties will include:
Providing administrative support: scheduling complex meetings; collating evidence; managing document processes; liaising at senior level; keeping accurate records and producing final reports
· Arranging orientation events in London & Washington, as well as webinars, one-to-one briefings and online orientation
· Creating and managing development processes
· Logistical & administrative support for global senior lawyer development programmes; managing lists of participants; producing communications, materials and packs for events; managing logistics (venues & participant liaison); supporting partners and external providers; assisting on the day with the smooth running of the event
· Full secretarial and administrative support to the Head & Senior Manager of People Development, including producing documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; diary management; travel; screening incoming mail, calls and messages; managing expenses & monitoring budgets
Applicants will ideally be an experienced PA or EA who has demonstrated the capability to manage complex organisational tasks or an experienced administrator with a flair for providing high level support to senior people.
You will also ideally be a graduate, with expert knowledge of Word, PowerPoint & Excel, confident social skills, outstanding attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

You will be responsible for providing support for a range of development programmes & workshops and assisting with project work relating to the design and evaluation of the development activities of the firm:

Inviting participants, booking rooms, equipment & refreshments, booking speakers etc
· Sending out joining instructions, monitoring acceptances, liaising with internal / external contributors, preparing workshop materials, name badges etc
· Assisting with setting up training rooms for the event and co-ordinating logistics and technology support
· Answering queries from participants and internal / external contributors
· Attending on the day, greeting and signing in participants and following up latecomers, ensuring event runs smoothly where required
· Creating and sending out evaluation forms and creating evaluation summaries
· Maintaining accurate records of attendance and hard copies of materials
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the role of learning & development in a commercial context, with some relevant qualifications & experience, as well as a desire to learn about the effective provision of learning programmes.
You must also have excellent written and spoken communication skills, expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ideally be a graduate and possess good analytical skills.

Our client, a reputable City law firm based near Blackfriars, requires a permanent Filing Assistant to join their friendly Trademark Team. This role offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 plus benefits and is based in a stunning office.
Duties will include day to day running of the filing system, maintaining accurate records on the database, opening and archiving files, and dealing with post and scanning. You will also deal with invoices, answering queries, keeping the stationary cupboard stocked and assisting the Trademark team with any general administrative duties.
Applicants will ideally have filing or administration experience, preferably gained within a legal or professional services environment. Leading Barrister's Chambers based in Lincoln's Inn require a Junior Clerk to provide backup to the existing clerking team in supporting 11 Barristers.
Applicants will ideally have of 2-3 years experience in a Barristers Chambers (any Practice Area).
You must be well organised, flexible, have good people skills and a welcoming telephone manner. Hours will be from 9.00 to 6.00 but to be flexible.
The successful applicant will take on a share of responsibility for chambers administration. Duties will include:
