DTP Operator; top 4 accountancy firm; 3 - 11 pm/4 pm - midnight; City Of London; Permanent; £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Top 4 FTSE Accountancy firm requires a DTP Operator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. Hours will be either 3 pm – 11 pm or 4 pm – midnight (depending on your preference). Ideally interviews will take place w/c 7th June so please apply ASAP.

Salary is up to £26,000 plus excellent benefits including pension, STL, 26 days hols, option to buy more holiday and option to add £600 to salary instead of benefits as well as other benefits.

Duties will include:

• Ability to interpret brief, compile projects to brand guidelines and supply brand aligned proofs via email to customers as low res pdf;

• Excellent DTP skills using the following software on a MAC platform: QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Photoshop;

• Ability to distil hi res PDFs and/or collect for output projects for both offset litho printing and digital printing;

• Ability to manipulate source files and supply various files from source files i.e. tifs, eps, jpg etc.

Applicants MUST have:

• Advanced QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Photoshop;

• Be able to bring samples of work to interview showing page make-up with QuarkXpress and imported business graphics generated in Illustrator;

• Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat, Outlook;

• Digital Asset Management (DAM) system;

• Experience in working within a team;

• Excellent timekeeping and a flexible attitude - overtime may be expected occasionally
